Attaching the Inner dome to the Nylon Ring
Using the screws provided, need a T9 Torx/Star wrench.
82 degree Countersink Bit.
5/64 inch diameter Drill Bit.
1/8 inch diameter Drill Bit.
Also a small hand file to remove any drill burrs.
Getting the Inner Dome onto the White Nylon Ring was too tight.
So I made a small vertical cut into the bottom of the Inner Dome.
This allowed the Inner Dome to stretch a little so it would slide over the white Nylon Ring.
I drilled a 5/64 inch diameter hole through the inner dome and into the White Nylon Ring.
This hole is small enough for the Screws to bite into.
I used the 82 degree countersink bit to drill a hole for the flat head screw to seat in.
I then used the 1/8 inch diameter drill to drill a hole through the Inner Dome ONLY!!
This is a clearance hole for the screw to pass through the Inner Dome ONLY.
Then I installed the screws that were provided with the 300MM Dome.
I used all the screws provided and spaced the holes about 6 inchs apart.
I then went and traced all the panel cutouts onto the Inner Dome
So far I cut one pie panel cutout into the inner dome

I have room to use four pie panels.
I left the one under the HP Pie Panel Empty.
I left material behind the front PSI and the front HP for mounting Electronics or a projector.
